  • Home-based exercise training is available for participants who cannot attend the Logan class sessions or are unable to travel to the SIUC-CRL. 
  • Home-based participants are assigned a staff member who monitors their progress via phone or email for free after the initial physical assessment (performance of functional tasks).
  • A number of home-based participants come in for face-to-face “refresher” exercise sessions every 3-5 weeks and complete the remainder of their sessions on their own at home or at a fitness center located conveniently to them. 
  • If the travel distance is too great, there is no initial assessment and the exercise program is written based on medical and fitness history, plus personal goals.
